(no subject)

I woke up this morning in pain again. This is about the third day in a row that I wake up with a crazy back that feels like someone has turned the tendons into painful cables. Fortunately, I was up in time to have some time and rememberd my surefire get better quick remedy. So I lay flat on my back for half an hour in bed. And magically I felt fine when it came time to really drag myselft up and rush to get ready. I'm so glad something as simple as that works.
