Yesterday (pre-interview) was a good day. As the lead of my group, I get to assign the daily tasks and there were enough of us to assign myself to slack. It was great. Very few people noticed it, however. Unfortunately, I was busy enough that I didn't get to complete that assignment as thoroughly as I would have liked. However, I managed to maintain a fantastic smile and attitude nearly all day, which has become a feat in and of itself in this morale-free environment.

I know what morale-free feels like. Ugh. Hang in there.

You know, it's almost so bad its good. I have an action plan, so my morale is no longer dependant upon anyone else here, which allows me to amuse myself watching other people come to the realizations I'd been struggling with. It's almost like living a psych case study. :)
