I am having a moment of righteous indignation. My job is being taken away and given to "experts" overseas because they're cheaper. This would not bother me nearly as much if these experts were actually any good at what they claim to be able to do. So far all they've done is disrupt processes and make things more difficult. I am continually having to educate them on why they need access to the tools we all use. I should not have to tell them why. They should know their job well enough to be able to see that they need the tools. In addition, if I ask if they have the ability to use the tool they should answer correctly the first time, not automatically say yes. This helps no one and only pisses me off. So in response I send snotty emails and escalate to management their inability to do their job. Dang it, I'm all angry again.
