(no subject)

So I practiced my tai chi at the Park N Ride last night. I was surprisingly unselfconscious and relaxed for being out there in the middle of the world. I suppose it helped that I started with stretching, which wouldn't be surprising, and eased myself into it. It was wonderful to get out of the car and be a little active while I was waiting for my husband to arrive. In addition, it helped to stave off the irritability I experience after sitting in the car too long. I think this might become a habit.

I'm so happy I finally found something that makes me *want* to exercize!
