Iron supplements (even for those not considered anemic) can result in significant attention and cognitive increases.

My whole family of women has a genetic predisposition toward low iron. I've been diagnosed as borderline anemic on more than one ocassion. But anytime I try to take something with iron, I throw it up. Even if I sneak it in after a full meal, I end up vaguely uncomfortable. In short, Gawd made me anemic. ;-}

That sound like destiny. Maybe you're just genetically superior to those of us who require the stuff. :)

Lol - it's not a lack of requirement. It's a total inability to digest it. ;-}
