I see myself through my own eyes, looking from outside of myself in. It's very enlightening. And rather disappointing.

Probably not. It was interesting though. And just one instance. Of course, I'm my own worst critic and expect more of myself than it's possible to give. But I have to strive for something, right?

As long as you're not being so hard on yourself that it leads to hopelessness.

Can I ask what instance?

It was basically the amount of whining I do without any realy purpose or solution behind it. I expect to identify a problem and then work to resolve it, not just complain.
