So after braving the passes (the only backup we ran into was 30 minutes in the last bit of the drive home), Thanksgiving with more family than you can shake a stick at, a retirement party and meeting the husbands highschool friends, we got home on Saturday night. I'm still wiped out, and I'm fairly sure that I'm catching a cold. Echinacea, zinc and sudafed are going to be my best friends for the next few days. Thank goodness the only thing I have to worry about is snuggling the kitties and picking up some bread for sandwiches. Yep, this is the fascinating life after a major holiday.
