Ankle mangle

So it turns out that I really cranked the heck out of my ankle when I crashed and burned. Somehow I managed to pull a piece of it forward so that it wasn't healing properly, which explains why it was still pretty stiff and immobile yesterday. Conveniently, I wasn in PT yesterday anyway so she worked my ankle back into place. Instant improvement. I can now use my ankle as a joint instead of a fused bit of bone, which is a huge thing. And the swelling/bruising is going away. It's funny how little stuff like that wears on you, but now that it's gone I feel a million times better.
