Over the weekend, I started a new exercize regimen. There's a 5k in June that I want to run, so I figured getting started now would be the best way to avoid killing myself in June. I was actually able to run intervals on both Saturday and Sunday at a decent pace and in reasonable time, considering I've been less than active for the last 6 months or so. I'm really hoping that the June goal will help me stick with this. I've been meaning to get around to going to the gym for months now and just can't seem to get around to it.
