I'm a little sore today, but it's the happy sore of having lifted weights last night. The added benefit? I slept like a king for the first time in weeks. What with crazy schedules, the snow, the holidays and everything I haven't felt like exercizing, but yesterday I just needed it. And today I feel awesome. So I'm going to try to remind myself of that frequently and get back into the routing. The arrival of the squat cage this morning should help as well.
