The last couple of nights, my husband has been spoiling me with awesome food. Sunday was a beef chili (and I don't generally like chili) and last night was home made mac and cheese (little cayenne, little mustard). All this good food is making me so happy, especially when we're using local ingredients where we can (local grass fed beef ftw!). It seems my brain is responding. I'm craving brussels sprouts today, maybe with some of the mac 'n' cheese for dinner tonight.
