I'm having lamb chops and sautéed pea vines for dinner with a glass of wine. This feels to fancy for the workout clothes I'm still wearing after lifting weights this evening.

Semi-related: anyone have suggestions for a good beginners yoga DVD? I'm looking to borrow one from the library as a trial to see if it's something I could get into.

I really like the free classes on Yoga Today. I heart yoga, I just never seem to have time to fit it in amongst all the other things I do.

I'm going to have to check it out. I'm finding with the weight lifting that my stretching just isn't enough to leave me feeling really stretched, you know?
