We had the first problem with feeding raw food over the weekend. One of the cats was busily wolfing down his breakfast and managed to get something stuck in his mouth. My husbands grabbed me out of bed to come fix the problem because he couldn’t get his fingers in the cats mouth. I pinned the poor kitty down and peeled his lips up and away to see what was going on. Seems the cat got a bit of bone stuck between his teeth and he couldn’t dislodge it. I popped it loose and solved the problem without getting bit, which is a minor miracle by itself. Easily solved problem, and the first one we’ve ever had. Pretty good actually for eight years of rawfeeding to have just the one minor scare. I seem to remember we ended up with more stuck food when they were eating kibble.
